I help companies deliver products that feel clear, human, and trustworthy. Technology evolves quickly, but core principles don’t change. The work is always about understanding people, reducing friction, and helping them move forward with confidence. What shifts is how those principles get implemented. I work at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and content.

I’ve held executive roles at Rocket Companies, Edelman, Enlighten, and Arc Worldwide, working across brands, digital platforms, and service experiences. Much of my career has been spent integrating new capabilities into organizations and guiding teams through periods of meaningful change without losing sight of the customer. Our shared goal is to build systems that harness technology thoughtfully, reduce complexity, and genuinely make people’s lives easier.

At its best, great design turns messy inputs into clarity, clarity into choices, and choices into action, with clear escalation paths when a human is the right answer. That same thinking guides how I approach AI-enabled systems. That means understanding real-world materials like documents and screens, and choosing the right tool for the job: all supported by deterministic tools that reinforce trust and accuracy—clear transitions between deterministic and probabilistic interfaces, when the right tool is needed.
Every product experience is a part of an unfolding story, where each touchpoint, including those powered by AI, needs to work in harmony. When strategy, experience, and execution align, trust follows.
